General terms and conditions

If you want to cancel free of charge, you must do so at least 1 day before arrival with the standard rate. Please note that the day of arrival starts at 23:59. In case of cancellation after 1 day or in case of no-show, the total reservation will be charged. For group bookings (3 rooms or more) different cancellation policies apply, these must be cancelled at least 30 days before the day of arrival. The total price of the booking will be charged 30 days in advance.



Please provide a valid credit card in your name. If you are using a third party's credit card, please contact the hotel in advance. Guests are required to show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
